Isabella Schibli is an attorney-at-law active mainly in the areas of family law, criminal law and contract law. She is counselling and supporting spouses, partners and families in difficult situations with the appropriate sensitivity and treats the individual requirements of her clients as the top priority. She supports the involved parties in the elaboration of separation and/or divorce agreements, support agreements and visiting arrangements, between parties or, if necessary, in court. In criminal cases, she represents defendants and fights for the interest of injured parties. She also enforces contractual claims and/or (social( insurance rights with commitment and competence.

Isabella Schibli also represents children in family law, criminal law and child protection procedures and ensures that their voice is heard. She has acquired the CAS title in child representation and procedural representation and is a member of the association Kinderanwaltschaft Schweiz.
